My eyes decieve me like an illusionist decieves his audience. The slight of hand producing questions no mere mortal can answer.
She knocks on my door and asks me to come out. “No,” I answer, but it’s not my voice talking, it’s his.
My head is hurting, so is my chest
I rush I choke to say what’s best
