Because I love you I will smile at you even when you’re not looking

Admiring every detail in your face

The dimple on your cheek when you smile, how that one strand of hair falls over your eye

Because I love you I am willing to try and do anything to make you love me back

I will flirt but not to much I don’t want you to think I’m crazy

I will show the small hints, laugh at your not so funny jokes

Tease you just to get even just a glance

Because I love you I’m going to ignore what people say about you

Because I love you I don’t believe what they say

Because I love you I’ll do anything you say

“Stop talking to them?” Okay will do

“Don’t wear that?” Alright...

Even though this is my favorite shirt I got from my best friend, you say it shows my body off to much, I know you do it cause you love me too

Because I love you I’ll ignore the outbursts

As you drag me away from my friends and grab my arm like a chain

Because I love you I’ll use my foundation to cover the bruises

Yet the makeup won’t be able to cover up the tears I shed

Because I love you I’ll look away whenever I see a girl's name on your phone that’s not mine

Can’t say anything because then you’ll think I don’t trust you

Because I love you, I’ll let you walk out the doors

Knowing whose house you’re going to and what you will be doing

But at least I know you’ll come back to hug me right after

Even with her smell all over you

Because I love you I’ll just look in your eyes and say “I love you”

Even when you don’t say it back and just say “okay”

Because I love you, I’ll accept the fact you’ll never say it

Or won’t show it through your eyes

But Because I love you, I’ll love for both of us
