We spend our lives wasting away

Thinking about what is and what could have been 

But now it’s done and most is forgiven 

When you do things against your will power 

You struggle to find forgiveness and it gets worse by the hour

Doing your best to beat your best 

Pushing through and thinking about tomorrow 

But how can I find happy when all I feel is sorrow 

But don’t worry about me all be fine 

I say this to you but it affects my mind

Cause while I feel it’s true and you might believe me 

I just can find the words or person to believe me 

So I try to portray this to all of you

To just be true

Live your life 

Do what makes you happy

You only live once so make the best 

But do it wisely or we’ll all feel a mess
