my reflection is looking at me
she’s examining every part her body
I watch as tears fill her eyes
she’s an abomination

I look down and see scars
scribbles a child would make
my body was the canvas
she’s an abomination

she turns to the side, my horrid reflection
matters get worse
a lump resembling dough sits beneath her stomach
she can’t bare to continue

she’s an abomination
I leave her and sit alone
as tears stream down my face, as thoughts race through my mind
I’m an abomination
