Alluring Predator

Location

The mirror hangs,

peacefully in the room,

waiting to show you,

your image.

A girl peers inside,

a beautiful creature,

reflected upon the surface.

An innocent face,

wide curious,

gray eyes,

flowing blonde hair,

delicate lips,

truly a mysterious figure.

A crash resounded,

across the room.

Her tight knuckles,

swiftly collided with the mirror.

All of the ridges and cracks,

dripping blood,

showed the real face,

beneath her perfect mask.

A corrupt soul,

waiting for the first victim,

the predator’s first blood,

crawling and breaking out,

engulfing her body,

to do its deeds.

How could anyone,

guess otherwise,

when she smiles,

showing pearly whites,

while fangs are hidden.

The dagger behind,

blood dripping off,

dainty fingers,

even leaving a trail,

but no one would guess,

due to her most dangerous weapon,

the true culprit,

could ever be her.
