Alone

You’re so alone.

It doesn’t matter that you are surrounded by people.

That many care about you.

You even have a few you can talk to.

A few who want to listen.

You know you would be missed.

You are missed.

But there are none left that you would really miss.

You want someone you couldn’t live without.

There’s one you do miss.

You could never have lived without him.

But you do.

The thing is, you always keep living.

Even when you don’t think you can.

The thing is, beauty can always be found.

Even when it seems there isn’t any left.

How can there be?

With so much pain.

The cruelty of the world.

But, you know.

That’s what makes it a good story.
