Is America great?

I'd hope so 

But this country might be just be hate

Have we reached a new low?

Is there a chance we might bounce back?

Or are we too late to pick up the slack?

Is America Great?

I've thought so for so long

But it all seems to just be bait

Constantly told we're great, but maybe they're wrong

We're better off than most

But it feels like we're at our lowest.

Is America great?

It's as great as it could be

It's as bad as second rate

I think we are just going to have to wait and see

Where we might be, and what we might see

Who we're going to be, and how much insanity.
