And so, she cried

She dragged her self across the jagged ledges of dispair
Looking to the dark she begged if anyone were there
Her cry a plea that carried on a whisper in the night
Her echo met the timpered ears of a man dressed up in white " I heard you are a time keeper"
She told him with a frown
"Can you undo what has been done"
Her fists clinched to the ground
The man said nothing as he stared and stepped off to the dark
The answer to her question was the hardest to unbark
To think she wanted only what was best for her to have
But even with mistakes she made they've altered someones path
Dont live back on broken bones and shrivel in the black
Live on past the shattered glass and promises they've stacked
