The animals of me

Quiet like a cat,

He creeps around the house, barely a sound heard.

Loud like an elephant,

He makes his voice heard.

Free like the monarch,

He flaps his wings and goes as the breeze.

Trapped like the mole,

He is destined to be stuck in one place.

Playful like the fox,

He loves to make people laugh.

Cold like the shark

He just ventures forward, with no regard.

Restless like a monkey,

He is always on the move.

But loving and loyal like the dog,

He is always there for his friends.
