Anxiety and Hope

my head is constantly telling me

I am scared, I am anxiety

chest hurts, nervous, taking prescriptions

panic attacks, pain, and other mind numbing symptoms

but through and through I try to find hope

like a person who saves lives, medicine and stethoscope

a gleam of hope that brightens my day

brushing the feelings of uselessness away

acceptance, integrity, and excited for life

they truly melt my heart, cut my fears with a knife

they may not know I exist and that's fine, it's okay

beacuse their prescence on my phone keeps me going everyday
