Apparently Now You'e God

Maybe it’s my choice

Because you never seem to care.

And it’s my voice,

That you never seem to hear.

They’re my decisions,

How I choose to live my life.

I don’t need your revisions.

Or your thoughts so filled with lies.

I don’t care what you have to say,

Because you’re never there when needed,

I’m waiting for that final day,

When I know I’ve finally succeeded.

Why do you get to decide

When so often you’re away.

Forget your authority, put that aside,

It’s not your right, no matter what you say.
