Best Days of Our Lives

They say these are the best days of our lives

But I don't see what makes them amazing

I think mostly we just try to survive,

Not focused on the greatness we're facing.

Our youth in our hands, we wish it away

Wish To drive and to gamble and to drink

Wishing away feelings that we can't say

Never stopping to take the time to think

So we sit idle as our youth passes

Not knowing what we are missing out on

So we stick to the path of the masses

To protect our dreams from being shot down

And we don't think we'll ever make it through

The comedy of errors that's High School
