My dad is the giggle I need when the

World seems to crumble

Who tells me

It’s my world, he’s just living in it

Who comes home from work

Dirty, sweaty, tired and worn

To pay for me and support me in all I do

Who wakes up every tuesday to pray at 5:00 am

Adoration to lift the worries off my shoulder

The man who would give the world to me

If he could and tries every chance he gets

The incredible guy who cries when I cry And smiles when I smile

Who constantly reminds me

Hey Allie, you know, we may not have it all together

But together we have it all

Who wakes me up at 7:00 with a happy smile

Not worried about working in 110 degree heat

But only for me to respond with a grumble

And to go away

The guy who spend the first three years of my life

Listening to me cry for him

Now how the tables have turned

He, who now cries for me at

Just the mere thought of college
