Blame Game

When the waves of mercy rush my way,

I will already be gone.

I'll be in a dark place

with no hope or love.

And you're the one who led me here.

But I have to take responsibility.

So I blame myself for letting it get so bad.

I blame myself for breathing.

I blame myself for running.

But for the most part,

I blame myself for caring about you.
