Blood-Spangled Banner

O say can you hear the black man's screams through the shots

What so proudly we blame the girls skirt length for the boy's crime

Whose broad assumptions deny a safe haven to innocent Muslim families

O'er the times we watch women being denied the rights to her own body

And the white man's red glare, the freedom bursting in air

Gave proof through the night that our flag wouldn't protect the minorities any longer

O say does the blood-spangled banner yet wave

O'er the land of turning the blind eye and the home of the cowards of change?
