Baby breathe.
That’s it; let the air flourish through your lungs.
Let your body be filled with life.
Sometimes it’s hard to remember what it is to breathe until the moment we are kicked square in the chest.
Life leaves us gasping for air and feeling more vulnerable than ever.
Having your breath being taken away is one of the easiest things in the world.
Sometimes it’s a result of something good, and other times its when you hit your lowest point.
You’ve all felt it, that terrifying feeling of not being able to expand your lungs;
you sit there gasping at the emptiness around you while your body slowly convulses in on itself.
Your mind will be the first thing to panic and then the rest of your body follows.
It screams “fill me, fill me with life. Let me dance in the sweet gas of life. Let me have more.”
Yet your gaped mouth brings in nothing.
Absolutely terrifying really, on the verge of losing it all and it started by losing something that
only took you four seconds to learn.
