Can't Be Lost

I find myself stroking your cheek

Before I even have the chance to speak

I catch myself mid-stare

Tangling my fingers in your hair

I feel embarrassed, realizing

To me your touch is tantalizing

I cannot help but feel ashamed

That I bend so easily with your hands on my frame

I notice, I observe

Your bashful smile when I give you love that you deserve

I know, dear, I am certain -

Forgive my ranting sermon -

As I touch your skin so soft,

With you, I can't be lost.
