A chance of confinement

I look all around me and I find myself lost.

My confinement was strict yet liberal. The mixture of genders would wrap around me like a blanket and secure me from anything the world had to say. To me that blanket was my salvation... until I lost it.

I couldn't hide who I was or keep my ears shut.
My very being was being bombarded with shouts and hisses, and the saying "sticks and stones migth break my bones but words will never hurt me" never sounded more fake.

I couldn't find my confinement anymore and I tried to find hope In the structure of art, writing ,reading, and singing, but none of them protected me and none of them made me feel protected.

Indeed I had lost my passion and confinement in the genders of Rap, Pop, and Alternative Pop but I found it again in Rock, Alternative Rock, Musical, Classical, Country and Jazz

I look all around and see that I have a place with or without music.
