Pretenders on the corner begging for change

Forget that I'm here advocating for change

It starts with ME step out of line if you ain't about it

The world can't go on like this

Poor people without homes

Rich people without hearts

Buying cars and yachts

While people are sleeping in lots

I can't continue to see boys and girls starving

Parents out working three jobs...barely surviving

Land of the free while we're all bound by the thoughts in our minds

Don't make no sense

Cuz if you can take it step off the block

I realize it's time to make a change and I ain't afraid to let it start with ME!
