Choice

I walk a fine line between you both. Feelings teeter, tears are shed- someone will get hurt.

I'm scared.

My heart longs for one.

My head disagrees.

My head promises one.

My heart claims I'm through.

I see a fine string between you both.

Threads entangle around my heart.

You both tug the strings tight.

Take claim.

The decision is mine.

I don't know if I'm ready
