The Cool Kids

Peer pressure

don't let it pressure you

smoking, drinking, cutting class

that kid was never you

they said you had to

and you tagged along

just to fit in

but you knew it was wrong

they could never be your friend

just another enemy

the world is out to get you

the world isn't too friendly

so now you cry

you want to runaway

from this hurt

a sad memory

the cool kid?

that once was you

don't let peer pressure

pressure you

be that person

you used to be

look in the mirror

and now you'll see
