Dear Younger Self

Dear Younger Self,

I want You to know:

YOU

ARE

ENOUGH,

don't let anyone tell You any different,

even Yourself.

Dear Younger Self,

it is okay that You are sensitive

it is okay to cry

it is okay to scream

it is okay to not be alright

emotions are normal,

Everybody has them.

Dear Younger Self,

I want You to forgive

FORGIVE YOUR MOTHER

FORGIVE YOUR FATHER

FORGIVE YOUR OWN SELF,

those grudges You are holding

are holding You back

Dear Younger Self,

don’t try to be Him

don’t try to be Her

don’t try to be Them

be You

please be You

Dear Younger Self,

I know You don’t hear this enough but

I Love You

I Love You

I Love You

please don’t forget it

please don’t ignore it

please believe it

Dear Younger Self,

You can do it

You will do it

You already have it done it.
