One second you have it all, The next you're left after the fall. With nothing but a memory Of what you lost entirely. So save your work, preserve your art Because it all could fall apart And after all the work you've done I'm sure you want to keep it, son. To come so far and fall so short Is not a good thing to report, For people care not for youur loss Unless they happen to be your boss... Today I tried this poetry About the things we want to be. I wish I had it memorized So it could not be pulverized, But I forgot and paid the price So please, my friends, heed my advice!
