A Diamond in a Jewel

I've searched my life’s peaks and hearts disappointments for gold, for money, power, fame. Drained, I can only see myself, in you. This diamond I've acquired, desire, the fire inside of this glass of heart, to start such a passionate and loving relationship with. I dream of having more. More of you to treasure, in my own heart. The cuts in a ordinary diamond isn't as petite as you, Isn't as vivid and sharp as you. Because of you, I have hope again.. Shooting stars will end one day, but the light I see in you is further than a rainbow from a child's fingertips. You're a jewel stronger than ruby hearts, jade feelings, and Sapphire kisses. Fire kisses, you have. You light my path. And now I see paradise in jewelry. You’re like a star in the sky, and a Jewel in my heart.
