Discrimination

Location

One thing I would change about this perfect world is discrimination

It’s unneeded,

It’s unjust.

Discrimination doesn’t solve anything,

It’s not part of a solution,

Just makes more problems.

America is supposed to be where everyone wants to be,

A big melting pot people call it,

Where everyone is welcome.

But when we choose who is good and bad,

Who is worthy to be in our little groups,

Are we really that different then other people?

Us humans are all the same,

on the inside but not the out.

We all function the same.

Sometime we are blinded,

By what we see,

Not how we feel.

If we teach ourselves to look into people,

See who they are for what they are and not how they look,

Then this will be a truly perfect world.
