Dream

Like the sound of silence calling,

I hear your voice aloud and suddenly,

I feel I'm falling, lost in a dream.

You were everything to me,

The air that I breathe,

At times I felt that I could hardly breathe.

The world goes so still inside,

And When you said you loved me

For a moment, there was no one else alive.

Weren't you the one who said that you don't want me anymore,

And how you needed your space

and give the keys back to your door.

How could the one I gave my heart to,

Break my heart so bad?

The love that you give me is equal to ten

My peace,

My joy.

I thought we had forever, I cannot understand

How could the one I shared my dreams with

Take my dreams from me?

What goes around comes around.

What goes up must come down.

How could the one I gave my world to

Throw my world away like trash,

Say the things you say, and

Just tell me lies?

How could the one I gave my heart to

Break this heart of mine, tell me please?
