Drown in Emptiness

I let you in with open arms.

I wanted to take all your emptiness,

Let it absorb into me

Just so you could be happy again.

But, you are much taller than me,

I would drown if I took anymore.

I am willing.

I would drown in emptiness

Just to see you smile again.
