Easy Going Softhearted Girl

This easy going softhearted girl,

smiles as though shes fine as ever.

Listening to the screams of the innocent children,

she pertends that everything is alright.

This easy going softhearted girl,

her smile begins to slowly fade away.

The car that decided to run the red light,

slammed into the girls that we're crossing the street.

This easy going softheart girl,

her smile has turned into a frown.

Flipping off the teenagers,

that study hard and try their best.

This easy going softhearted girl,

her cheeks become stained with tears.

As the pills that were in the bottle,

lay scattered on the floor.

This easy going softhearted girl,

a questioning look upon her face.

As she picks up the pen,

and begins to write down on the page.

This easy going softhearted girl,

smiles because shes as happy as ever.

Writing the feelings shes hidden for life,

creating beauty and life upon the page.
