END Health Inequities and Racism

Right now we walk around

In a society where the death rate of African Americans is the highest

Where the race that's in the most poverty are the Latinos and the African Americans

And their health is declining

Are you rich or are you poor?

Where do you live?

What's the color of your skin?

These questions MATTER

Its your health on the line

If you want to be healthy, be rich, be white

Live in a good neighborhood

Have an education

The poor live where there's a lot of violence

Supermarkets where fresh fruits and vergetables are sold

Are LESS AVAILABLE

And they die sooner...

And it's not just the VIOLENCE or the fresh FOOD

Racism has something to do with it

And this has to change

WE HAVE TO CHANGE

We need more protection from violence

And more help getting our kids through school

And fresh fruits and vegetables readily available to all...

But most of all we need to end the RACISM

That is still evident in our society.
