An Epiphany

Who knew?

That there was life after you

When you said the words that ripped my heart in two.

Who knew?

Among this blackness

That the earth would continue to spin on it's axis.

So maybe?

I'll be alright

I'll continue to get eight hours of sleep at night.

So maybe?

You are not so deserving

When you realize what you lost, I'll no longer be hurting.
