Equality

Human nature is that humans or animals are defiled by greed and power.

One might think everyone is equal,

But there are others that think they have higher status.

Communism is when everyone is equal,

But that doesn't seem to be true.

Some people may have the life of a farmer, others have to produce goods,

But then there are those that dont want to do anything for society.

One starts to take advantage of things and abuse their power.

Which leads to chaos and rebellion.

Because of the differences between humans this form of "equal society" is just a figment of our imaginations.

And so, no matter how "equal" society may hypothetically become,

Fate will stay the same

And there is nothing that can be done to change it.

It seemed like it was only a blink ago that you were here

How could you have flown away so fast?

Who am I supposed to count on now

That you left me all alone

You were the only one I had to hold

When everything was going wrong

Now even you can't help me

Heal this pain

You were always there to tell me what to do.

You called me whenever you needed me.

You always told me that 'everything is going to be okay'

And you stood by my side whenever I got in trouble.

You still stayed in touch even when you were away.

You watched my back whenever I would stumble.

I know you're still watching over me

and though I wish I could laugh with you

I'll smile at the sky and see the twinkle of your eyes

You're in the stars and the moon and when the sun rises

I think of you
