Erosion

Drip, Drip, Drip...

The rain is always falling,

Soaking you and pulling you down.

It erodes you every day.

Tearing you away,

Bit by bit.

Drip, Drip, Drip...

It is one hit after another.

It hits you with such force,

That there is nothing you can do.

But stand there and try.

I can see you trying so hard

Not to let the rain get to you.

But I can also see

where it is destroying the light.

Turning your BOULDER.

Into a pebble.

Drip, Drip, Drip...

You can only do so much

Before you are torn completely away.

But You  TRY!
