The Everlasting Battle

The click of a gun, A bullet missed Swords are drawn, And metal clanks Wipe sweat from your brow For your opponent will bow Your swords are dropped, You fall to your knees Why, Cruel world, Would you let me fall? Silence rings through our ears You shout "I'll Never surrender!" It's all over now, Your opponent is triumphant, when; Your mother call's and says- 'Time for dinner boys, enough play' You slowly stand, And playfully shove Until next time, And then you 'feast'
