To Everyone Who's Ever Hurt Me Ever

There’s a pigment in the air so dirty I can’t see
You were the only one I knew at this party
Why won’t you talk to me?
Just talk to me

You’re a metaphorical slap in the face to humanity
You’re an overgrown philanthropist with no money
Who wouldn’t save a puppy in a burning building
Who does that?

I can’t even hear my voice over your self esteem
Why would you take me to a party and not talk to me?
Did you forget me?
Like forget I was here or something?

You make me feel like a dirty wash cloth
Or some road kill that no one bothered to pick up
In a trashy dress and high heeled shoes
Who probably tried really hard to look good tonight
But no one even noticed her
Or that new haircut she got
You don’t laugh at my joke
You don’t look at my face
You don’t listen but you notice my grammatical mistakes
Do you need to tell me I’m not funny?
Do you have to say I’m wrong?

Do you do it on purpose?
Do you mean to do it?
Make me feel like shit

I try so hard
Can’t you tell?
