Fair

Colorful cotton candy is grasped firmly in children’s hands.

And their parents watch as they go ‘round and ‘round.

Some may never have the chance to see these fun-filled lands

Where games and junk food abound.

Here in this place, the weather is nice.

Children and parents are both enjoying the sun.

Food service is bumpin’

And everyone is having loads of fun.

People of all colors and ages attend,

And laughter is the only sound.

If you have money, then everything is a buffet

That is, if you can spare a pound.
