Falling for the Season

Location

Mid day’s blaze following dawn’s frosted sheet,

Signifies the suns diminishing heat.

The leaves abdicate their reign over the sky

Summer has ceased, waning climates imply.

Oh the plethora of festive décor!

Synthetic leaves, hay stacks n’pumpkins galore!

Sensational spices that define fall,

Fill our senses and bring pleasure to all.

I would feel incomplete, I do so fear,

Without an ode to this grand time of year.
