Family

It’s a good thing there is a such thing as family

Because family makes everything better

It’s less lonely with them

And you’ve a place to go

So when no ones doors are open

You know there’s always home

Thank goodness for such thing as family

Because without family there would be nothing

We’d be out on the streets

Eating and drinking

And messing around with whoever we meet

Thank goodness for such thing as family

For with family comes rules

Like curfews and manners

And politeness and also

Treat others as they should treat you

Thank goodness for such thing as family

Because without family there’s no rules

And this means there’s riots and madness

And stealing and crying

And sadness too

So I want to say thanks to my family

For always being there for me

Through the good and the bad

Happy and the sad

You have been there for me

When noone else has

You’ve taught me things

To help me learn and grow

And one day when I leave

I know the door’s always open

Forme to come through

And for me to come home
