Feeling Empty

I stood in the spot where we'd make out in my kitchen; where my parents couldn't seeI felt the loneliness in the lack of your presence and couldn't help but think How did we get to this? I thought what we had was love I thought you wanted me as much as I wanted you But you don't, and now that empty feeling I once felt before you is even emptier I didn't know that was possible but as I stood in my kitchenI realized that it's as empty as the look in your eyes when you first said goodbye My stomach turns at the thought of you with her And my heart feels like it's being ripped apart at the thought of me slowly fading from your mind. I don't ever want you to forget what we had because I know it was specialDeep down, you know it too
