Find the Truth

The boy:

Eats alone everyday

The girl:

Runs to the bathroom between every class

The outcast:

Doesn’t know why people hate him

They all have stories to tell

But they’ve never found someone to trust

They see a cruel world

Full of laughing and pointing

They’ve been lost

Running through the living

In the dark with a candle and no fire

In search of someone to see the truth

Needing someone to correct the lies

The boy:

Now eats with people he can call friends

The girl:

Now has a friend who follows her to the bathroom and makes sure she’s ok.

The outcast:

Has now been accepted

The change needed to be initiated

Their stories needed to be sought out

The good within each of them needed to be seen

And they were all found

Their candle of life lit

The dark is now light

The good within them has been shown to the world

The lost have been found

And they’re not alone
