Float

Where do you go when you have no one to turn to?

When the lines of love you had, you've simply burned through...

What do you do when hearts lie broken, shattered particals like sand...

Where do you go to? Where do you stand?

Do you just lay down?

Assuming the embodiment of a scratch record sound.

Do you write limply

Because the words that you once loved, avoid you simply...

Where do you go?

What do you do?

When everyone has given up on you.

Instead of struggling, I'll float.

Maybe I'll be seen as a boat...

Maybe I'll be seen as a goldfish at the top of a bowl

But one thing holds true, I need to do this for the sake of my soul.

Now is this a positive message? I don't know.

But for now, I must simply become one with the flow.
