forgiveness

Step 1:  You can't excpect anyone to love you until you love yourself.

You stuff sanguine knives into your stomach, pop pills until there is only dust.

You carve bloody panted pictures on your glass skin until it breaks because blood is too heavy for it to hold.

I wonder why you can't love yourself.

Finding comfort in the blood stains that deface you.

Step 2: Don't run away from your problems.

Stop running...

You grind out everything beautiful between us,

Stop running...

Like scrubbing dried blood from our splinteres hearts that we can never furnish.

Stop running...

Step 3: Forgive only those who deserve their forgiveness

I can't forgive the fact that my trust mistakes you.

It always trickles to the swamp of your lies.

I can't forgive you.
