Free Fall

Recall that dream, that one dream, we all dreamt,

Fall forever never leaving our bed,

Never tried to decipher what it meant,

Just waking up to every limb spread,

The heart races, questions mortality,

Breathe, lie down, “it was only a dream,”

How is it easy to daze reality?

It appears we only note the extreme.

Realize time falls past us, quickly falling,

Where are we going? time is going gone,

We must wake up, our alarm is calling,

Now we must wake up,  let us stretch and yawn,

Let our heart race to start our days, Wake up

Let us begin our adventures, Wake up.
