Frightful, Torrential Storms

Mon, 09/22/2014 - 15:06 -- ecimase

Thunder roars, lightning flashes

Tempest winds buffet the trees

Rivers flood and cars crash

Overturning houses with ease

Tossing a train like a toy

Nature in its most primal form

It's just the beginning, oh joy

There's an intense beauty about this storm

With such a wild feel

Scary and frightful as it can be

The twisters remind me just how real

The dangers in life can be

But despite the tempest winds

And the thunder's crashing roar

It is ojay if you are frightened

Just don't let it get you down

I will be sure to hold you tight

I'll always be sure to keep you from harm

Even in these frightful, torrential storms
