Funhouse Mirrors

You see that girl,

Do you truly see?

She's been fighting,

It's an internal struggle.

She understands if you ignore,

But don't be decieved.

Like a mirror at a carnival,

She torn up in sorts.

One mirror is distoryed,

The other she completely changed.

In reality she's kind,

Passionate,

Trusting,

Strong,

Bold,

But the world has torn it apart.

They made her change.

She hides in these mirrors so she won't have to explain.

You see her struggle sometimes,

Which mirror should she choose?

Society picked out multiple images.

She only wants to appease,

But in the end

These mirrors don't do the job.

The soul wants to be free,

Yet the world twists it away,

And so in her mirror she goes astray.
