[Generic, Mysterious Title about Internal Battle with Self]

Location

“Who the fuck are you?”

“Who the fuck am I?!?

“I’m a peace-keepin’, re-laxin’, easy-goin’ man’s man.

I am always ready to shoot the breeze.

I’ll bend backward till I’m in a hand stand

If someone else it would damn’d well please.

“They’re all my best friends ‘cause I watch my words.

It’s easier, right? When others’ moods ain’t trampled?

If the doctor is conflict and discord,

Then a smile through my teeth is the daily apple.

“I adapt too well; there is no ‘me.’ Like

an amalgam of personalities,

None of me my own, just tiny bits copied

From past and present friends, neighbors, colleagues.

“Soon I should stop trying to be e’ryone

And use it to learn just what I’ve become.”

“So who the fuck are you?”

“...Who the fuck knows.”
