Ghosts Have Ears Too

The bricks of this house are all red

Scarlet blood dripping from their mouths

Into my ears and pooling on my tongue

I spit up red, paint the walls in tongue lashings

They all just comment on how it gives

This place character forgetting the horror movie

Forgetting the ghost of the slaughtered girl

It was her fault in the first place though

She forgot the phantom still plays music

But they will wait for the banshee

To start shrieking before they will leave

Red bricks spilling from their ears
