The Girl Across

I wait I watch I look I see The girl Across Who looks Like me Her eyes Like mine They look They stare I cringe Get mad Look back And glare She knows My thoughts My wish My dream I wish To run To hide To scream Her eyes They probe Within My soul I know They long To kill My goal Her face Is mean Her mouth A snarl The war Within Unending Trial
