A Good Great Man I Will Be

Location

I will be great.

Like the rivers crossing great plain after great plain,

Quenching the thirst of man after man, nameless but gracious;

I will be great, and you will not know my name.

No, you will not know my name, but you will know that I am great,

You will not know my face, but you will know that fate has deemed me the proprietor of all things said;

Of all things done;

Of all things to be said

And all thing that will be done,

I will be great,

One of many great ones, whose tongue cuts through air in valiant song,

Harsh song,

Loving song,

Songs that cross that values of entropy

With psalms that blur the consequential line between right and wrong

I will be great, and you will know my song;

I will be great, but you will not know my name;

I will be great, but you will not know my face;

I will be great, one of many great ones
