Growing some ears

Over the course of some years,

I’ve learned a lot of life lessons

that most definitely deserve some cheer!

I used to be a big pain in the rear,

because I couldn’t own up to my transgressions.

Then one day a voice spoke into my ear.

Kennedy it’s time to grow up, clear?

So I stood up straight to the beckon,

and relayed like an auctioneer

the mistakes that deserved sincere,

apologetic reckon.
