He Hits Her Again

Location

He traces her skin of black and blue.

He hits her again.

Her skin portrays yet another bruise.

He enjoys to see her cry.

To see her in pain.

She cries blood,

Enternal stains.

It brings back memories of her past.

When she'd sit and cry,

She'd pray for it to pass.

But no matter how much she washed,

The disgusting feeling would forever last.

He left her body there

Nude, cold, and helpless.

She just wanted him to leave.

He hit her.

Said she was selfish.

She cried unto the wooden floor.

Screamed out.

He walks out the door.

He leaves her there

To bleed out.
